Budapest has a UX problem

Budapest, Hungary has been called the Paris of Eastern Europe for a reason. Carved facades, public sculpture, and the juxtaposition of crumbling buildings and perfectly groomed public squares abound. Its a tourist haven. But living here and trying to get things done in an efficient manner is a different matter altogether. It is a frustrating experience for locals and foreigners alike...
